In a nutshell, council is waiting for payment of bond and application fee for the Asset Protection Permit, once this has been received by council, demolition can proceed. I expect this will happen in the next couple of days.

Council is still assessing the most recently submitted revised Construction Management Plan so to date a permit has not been issued for construction. I expect this to be finalised in the next week.
